NEX TOOLS works on a manual WhatsApp order flow. These policies keep delivery, replacement support, and refund expectations clear before payment.

Ordering

Orders are handled manually on WhatsApp. We confirm the product, validity, price, delivery method, and payment details before asking you to pay.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 1–4 hours after payment confirmation. If a product needs more time, we share an ETA on WhatsApp before payment.

Replacement support

If access drops from our side during the purchased validity period, we help with replacement or support over WhatsApp. Support does not cover misuse, changed passwords, policy violations, or device/account issues outside our control.

Refunds

Because this is digital access, refunds are not automatic after delivery. If we cannot deliver the confirmed product or a working replacement, we will discuss a refund or alternate product on WhatsApp.

Account safety

Do not change recovery details, passwords, plan settings, or account ownership unless we explicitly say it is allowed for that product. Doing so can remove replacement eligibility.

Independent reseller note

NEX TOOLS is an independent reseller. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the access being offered.
